Coronavirus (COVID-19) STATEMENT

We are extremely pleased to be able to inform you that we restarted our holiday program as of 25th July! As we ease out of lockdown we will be taking many extra measures whilst you are away to maintain your safety.

Although the risk to the virus is low, it is vitally important to continue with all protocols to assist in keeping the infection at bay. Our team members are fully aware of the Government guidelines and will carry out the following preventative measure to ensure your safety and wellbeing:

• Regular and recorded temperature checks
• The use of face coverings where necessary
• High levels of hygiene, including additional hand washing and hand sanitising
• Social distancing of 1 metre plus where possible
• Maintain a “protective holiday bubble” and avoiding contact with people outside of this
• Enhanced cleaning regimes on point of contact surfaces

There may be some slight changes to your holiday program as we adapt to the “new normal”, but we assure you that there will still be the same level of fun and enjoyment to be had!

We will continue to contact those who have been affected by our decision to cancel their holiday and will offer a full credit refund which can be used towards a holiday later this year or throughout the whole of 2021.

Any funds retained by us will be held in Escrow in a client account, and as a member of ABTA and a holder of an ATOL Licence, you can feel safe in the knowledge that your funds are guaranteed.
